§ 01/Talk to her

Talk to Genuina's front desk.

It's the real Genuina: ask her for an errand and see how she'd do it.

  • From here she doesn't pay, call or message anyone.
  • We don't keep what you type; Anthropic processes it. Don't use real details.
Rather talk? Call her.The same voice she uses on calls. Up to 3 minutes; your browser will ask for the mic.

Hi, I'm Genuina 👋 Ask me how I work, or ask me for an errand. From here I don't pay or call anyone for real.

§ 02/Questions

Two questions guide everything we build.

We work on them with real people, in their daily lives.

Q1Ongoing

How do people in Latin America delegate to an AI, and what do they need to trust it?

In Colombia only a third of households have a computer or tablet, and many distrust doing paperwork online (Fig. 2).

  • Q1.1Errands done end to end
  • Q1.2How often she has to ask
  • Q1.3Which safeguards people ask for
Q2Ongoing

How can an AI represent someone and act on their behalf with others?

Real delegation means talking to the bank or the health insurer, with local manners.

  • Q2.1Calls answered by third parties
  • Q2.2Calls that go on after she says she's a virtual assistant
  • Q2.3What she decides alone and what she hands back

§ 03/Field notes

What we saw in one week of the pilot.

One week of our private pilot (Oct 1–7): a small sample, and we publish it anyway.

n = 25 errands

  • 18 completed end to end
  • 6 partially done
  • 1 waiting
  • Median: 13 minutes per errand

Genuina private pilot, Oct 1–7, 2026.

Fig. 4Calls, the hardest part
  • 21%To people and businesses · answered, 6 of 28
  • 14%To businesses and agencies only · answered, 2 of 14

Genuina private pilot, Sep 22 – Oct 7, 2026. Calls she placed, excluding calls with the user.

What we learned

  1. 01

“Help me” usually means “do it for me.”

When it's unclear, Genuina asks: “Do it for me” or “Just tell me how.”

  2. 02

The money rule has to live in the code.

Asking the model isn't enough: your yes has to be a system barrier, and we're building it.

  3. 03

    Greet before you ask.

With advisors and clinics, sending everything at once didn't work.

  4. 04

    Calls are the bottleneck.

Businesses and agencies picked up only 2 of 14 calls: that's where we work hardest.

* Small sample: one household in the private pilot. Errands from Oct 1–7; calls from Sep 22 to Oct 7. Signals, not conclusions.

§ 04/What we build

Genuina, the assistant we are building.

Today the app needs an iPhone, and searching your files needs a Windows computer; two in three households have no computer (Fig. 2). That's why the beta needs neither.

One errand, step by step

This is what delegating looks like, in the app.

  1. 01

You ask, in your own words.

Typed or as a voice note. No forms.

Your history: your request, word for word.

  2. 02

If it is unclear, she asks.

Should she do it, or explain how? One tap and she goes on.

In the pilot, “help me” usually meant “do it for me.”

  3. 03

    Before looking, she asks permission.

She says where she'll look and touches nothing else.

Your history: the permission, where and when.

  4. 04

She works and you see progress.

On your computer, step by step, live.

Your history: every step, with its time.

  5. 05

And she leaves you the result.

What she found, where she looked and what's left.

Your history: the result, so you can check it.

Yours alone

On the way

Your Genuina has its own line, and that is where it represents you.

This is how it will work for our first beta testers, and we're building it now.

  • 01

    A line of your own

It calls and answers on your behalf, and always introduces itself as your assistant.

  • 02

    A browser of your own

That's where it signs in to your portals and runs your errands.

  • 03

Ask in the app or on WhatsApp

Text or voice note; it lets you know when something needs your yes.

  • 04

    Nothing on your computer

It runs on Genuina's side: nothing to install or leave running.

Your errands are yours.

  • No one on our team reads them, except to fix something with your permission or when the law requires it.
  • To improve, we count without reading: how many finish, how long they take and where they get stuck.
  • Your history stays saved, and it's there for you.
  • Today it's a team rule; having the system enforce it is on the way (R6).

§ 06/How we work

Clear rules, and what is missing, said out loud.

Delegating needs limits that always hold, and where they're not there yet, we say so.

  1. R1

Money only moves when you say yes.On the way

In the pilot she says how much, to whom and from where, and waits for your yes. Having the system enforce it, not just her, is on the way.

  2. R2

Your passwords, encrypted and only for your errands.

The bank's one-time code is never stored: it's used once, when paying.

  3. R3

    Sensitive data stays covered.

IDs, account numbers and amounts stay covered. You always see a payment's amount before your yes.

  4. R4

Every errand leaves you a receipt.

What she did, when, and what's left. If something didn't work, she says so.

  5. R5

Two people approve every app release.

On the exact version that ships to the app.

  6. R6

Your errands are yours. On the way

No one on our team reads them, except to fix something with your permission or when the law requires it. Today it's a team rule; having the system enforce it is on the way.
